The Opportunity

Join the Delivery Excellence Tech Enablement team to drive the technical direction and quality of your team’s output. As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client relationships, devise strategic plans, mentor junior staff, and uphold project success with an unwavering commitment to exceptional standards. This position provides the opportunity to influence architectural choices, guide developers, and cultivate a collaborative culture focused on learning and quality.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective project execution while adhering to high standards.
• Create strategic plans to address client needs and expectations.
• Manage client relationships and develop substantial partnerships.
• Leverage innovative technologies to enhance delivery processes.

What You Must Have:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.

What Sets You Apart:
• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Engineering, Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience leading technical delivery for product or feature teams.
• Strong proficiency in modern web and backend technologies.
• Experience in designing and delivering comprehensive software solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience mentoring engineers and promoting team growth.
• Commitment to maintain clean architecture and embrace automation.
• Understanding of branching strategies within release processes.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in line with applicable employment laws. All hires are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. PwC provides a comprehensive range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, as well as personal and family sick leave.
